Held in southeast Texas and currently in its 13th year, the Houston Open Judo Tournament (HOJT) is a medium-sized regional judo tournament offering shiai and kata competition for novice to experienced judo competitors. Since 2001, the HOJT has had the Texas Judo, Inc. All-Star event designation.
We are a great tournament for gaining shiai experience or tuning-up for the Dallas Invitational (held during the Thanksgiving weekend in Grapevine). We try to provide ample opportunities to practice what you've learned in your dojo.
